On the third day following the tragic suicide bombing at Quetta Railway Station, (APPSUKF) and HSI mobilized to provide food and relief supplies to the victims. The victims, many of whom suffered severe injuries and are now dealing with physical and emotional trauma, are in a state of despair as they struggle with their recovery in crowded hospitals and temporary shelters.
APPSUKF volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure that meals reached each person affected, providing not only sustenance but also a moment of comfort during a devastating time. Many victims expressed gratitude for the assistance, but the visible pain and anguish underscored the immense challenges they face ahead. The organization plans to continue its support in the days to come, with a focus on delivering both food and essential supplies to the injured and displaced.
The tragic incident, which has left the community in shock, has also highlighted the need for mental health resources and long-term support for victims coping with loss and trauma. Local officials and humanitarian organizations are calling on communities to rally together to support the healing and rebuilding process for those affected by this heartbreaking event. Thank you so much donors and executives of APPSUKF.
